If you found any incorrect, defective or the item size isn't right for you, you may return the item to us within 7 days after received.
- The returned item must be in the good conditions as received.
- Attach with the original receipt together for the proof of purchase.
- The packaging must be in original condition.
- Customer must be paying the shipping cost by their own for returning the item.
- If the item has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not have any return or refund.
- Pazze Apparel will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Customer can choose one of the following return options:
1. Exchange your item for different size
2. Replacement for incorrect or defective item
3. Refund as reward points/ gift voucher that can be used for next purchase
Customer must snap the photo of product to be returned and send to firstname.lastname@example.org with below details,

Return Reason : (e.g., Defective Item/ Incorrect Item received, state the replacement size/color if for replacement/exchange and attach with photo of the item)
Once we've verified the return, we will send the return address to customer to return the item, customer must inform us the tracking number after return the parcel for our tracking purpose; and once we received and confirmed the item, customer will receive their exchange/replacement/refund within certain time after the confirmation.
